Checking In: With friendly faces waiting to welcome you and conveniently located on your way to the worship service, the Children’s Cart is a great first stop for families on Sunday mornings. There you can check in children and infants for Kids’ Church or Nursery, find activities to keep your little ones entertained during the service or gather information on upcoming Children’s Ministry events.
Children’s Message: Children are encouraged to start their time off with their families in our Sunday Worship Service. A Children’s Message specifically designed for our younger church family members will be offered following the singing. When instructed, children from birth through the 5th grade will be invited to join our Children’s Ministry Director on the stage for a special lesson. Following the Children’s Message, infants and children are welcome to remain with their families in service or be dismissed to Promised Land for Kids’ Church.
Parents Room: While we gladly welcome the joy and life that children bring to our worship service, we also understand that sometimes parents may need a quiet place to take their child while still being able to engage in the service. Located just outside the sanctuary and across from the restrooms, the Parents Room offers a relaxed environment for diaper changes, feedings, nap time, or even playtime while still allowing parents the ability to hear and see the worship service.
Nursery: Nursery care for infants and toddlers from birth to two years of age is provided at all points during the service in Room 1 of Promised Land.
Kids’ Church: Following the Children’s Message, children in preschool through the 5th grade are invited to gather in Promised Land for Kids’ Church. Children in preschool through kindergarten gather in Room 7 of Promised Land. Children in grades 1 through 5 gather in Room 2 of Promised Land.
Parents: Please be sure to collect your children promptly following the end of the service. Security measures in place require Children’s Ministry Volunteers to check the parent’s check-in tag with the children’s name tag when dismissing children to their parents/guardians.
